I have had many positive experiences with them but most recently Domenic saved me from being grossly under insured. I bought a luxury townhouse and my realtor who lives in the same development told me that I should purchase "Condo/Townhouse insurance since the HOA had insurance covered for structure of the building. I contacted State Farm to purchase the HO6 insurance policy and Domenic promptly got me a quote but also asked if I was sure that would be adequate. He offered to review the HOA Master Insurance policy for me to ensure I had adequate insurance on the structure of the property. Turned out his suspicions were correct. If my expensive townhouse had burned to the ground, I would not have be covered. After I informed my realtor of this situation, he looked into it and confirmed that Domenic was right and he apologized for misleading me and subsequently updated his insurance policy.
